Standard Deviant Brewing is located in a nice sized industrial building in the Inner Mission neighborhood. Half the space is used for the brewery and the other half for a tap room. The ambiance can best be described as spartan. There are multiple picnic tables and five TV’s inside and a “pandemic” parklet outside. The Koelsch and IPA are its best-sellers. The Porter is one of our favorites. Post-pandenic, they released an array of barrel-aged beers.
There are light snacks including empanadas and occasional pop-ups cooking inside.
Extras: Crafty Fox Ale House is one block away. Also, Monk’s Kettle and Zeitgeist are within easy walking distance for a great tour of diverse beer venues.
